My name is Paul and I live in Newcomb,NY. I am looking forward to getting my first coyote. They are tough to hunt up here ..very few open spaces and lots of forest and swamp. Look forward to learning something.
Hi All, I'm from central PA and I hunt in the Central PA area also Tioga county below Mansfield. I'm new to the sport of coyote hunting and I have only been out about a dozen times. I usally don't get out and hunt them until after the New Year and with two kids and when warm weather arrives I'm usally don't have time to do any hunting until the Fall. But I'm learning and one day I will spend more time hunting the coyote.

My Name is Mark, I live in rochester,ny and I own 300 acres of land in Canisteo, NY. I am just getting into predator hunting. I have noticed a big jump in the coyote numbers around my area and wanted to try hunting them during the winter.
Hi People, New member from San Diego, CA, the state with the country's most restrictions! Been hunting Coy's for 20+ years. All here in So. Cal desert areas. Coy's smaller here, mainly around 20-25 lb. range. Been reading some correspondences from members talking about 50 to 70 lb. dogs, Dang!
pamick: No opinion on it, never owned one but Randy Anderson is a top notch predator hunter that helped Will Primos with predator calls !!

hunt0168: Yep, Love my Foxpro Fusion. but truthfully, any caller that emits a prey sound or animal vocalization will bring them in. As Mick stated, your entry, setup and departure is where you should really be focusing the bulk of your attention.

suburbdeerslayer: Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it. One more questions guys what’s the avg distance u put your call away from you when upset up?
Feb 14, 2020 11:30:47 GMT -5
pamick: For me that varies from site to site. From right at my feet out to 100 yards. Depends on how hard the wind is blowing. My average is probably 60-75 yards. When you get busted which we all do, you will know it was the wrong setup
